The Kaanapali Alii is in on beautiful Kaanapali Beach - a prime destination in Maui and one of the top beaches in the world. The Alii is an oceanfront resort located between the Marriott and Westin, and has a fabulous courtyard and 3000 square foot state-of-the-art fitness center. Whaler's Village, with restaurants and great shopping, is just a short walk down the beach.
The Kaanapali Alii is a hotel zoned property and not subject to Bill 9 restrictions on short-term rentals - so you can book with confidence and look forward to an awesome visit.
Our family-owned condo has been completely renovated (2023) and is actively maintained, allowing us to achieve and keep the coveted 'Premier' rating. Our 11th floor unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1500 square feet of space, with spectacular, ever-changing West Maui views, and also overlooks the Royal Kaanapali golf course below. Building 4.
While our unit was built with one bedroom and a den, it is in fact a two bedroom unit - the den bedroom has a solid door, full closet, smart TV, and lots of privacy; the "guest bath" is only steps away.
The principal bedroom has a built in California-king bed, and the 2nd bedroom has a built-in queen bed, sleeping four guests very nicely. The unit include two bathrooms, a large living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, lanai, wash / dryer, 3 modern smart TVs, and Sonos speakers. Various spots to comfortably set up your laptop for a quick work email.
You will want for nothing: there is a 24-hour front desk, 2 pools and Jacuzzis, a kiddie pool, tennis courts and a concierge; parking is free, fresh beach towels are provided at poolside; high quality Wi-Fi in the unit and at poolside, is free. Just like home, there is a BBQ area available for those sunset cookouts. And, the most beautiful beach in the world is just a few steps away.

Summary: We absolutely loved the condo, beaches and area of Kaanapali Alli. This was our 1st time visiting Hawaii and this was exactly what we were wanting. The condo was just like the pictures. We grocery shopped so we ate most meals at the complex. We grilled twice and those worked well. Not a long walk to the beach. Donna (the concierge) planned our snorkeling (Gemini-would recommend) and pineapple plantation visit (would also recommend) so we didn’t have to do much other than show up. Would recommend this condo and area.
